What we collect
When you subscribe to Simply Montessori Post, apply for the Bespoke Montessori Year, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, postal address, and payment details. Payment is processed by Squarespace Payments — we don't store your card details ourselves.
If our site uses cookies or analytics (for example, to see how visitors use the site), we'll collect basic technical information like your browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
To fulfil your subscription and post your child's envelope each month, to respond to enquiries and consultancy or Bespoke Year applications, and to send you service-related emails, such as dispatch confirmations.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services that help us run the business, such as Squarespace for payments and Royal Mail for delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you're subscribed, and for a reasonable period after in case of queries or legal requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
